Our rentals are located at 411 Stanford Street in our 55 unit manufactured housing community. Stanford street is located on the west side of town right off of Cherry Street. The community is within two blocks of Bunyans bar and grill, Hy-Vee, Pamida, Barstow Park, Pump N’ Pak gas station and along with our property adjoining Center For Children and Family Day Care, it is a great location. The court was built in the 1990’s so most of the homes are newer models.
These units offer over 1200 sq ft. of living area. Unlike apartments manufactured homes allow tenants more privacy and a yard!!! All units have washer/dryer hooks and central AC. Most units have vaulted ceilings and a master bath with soaker tub. Storage units are also available. All rental rates include lot rent, water, sewer, garbage, mowing, and snow removal if your car is out of the way.
