Custom Touch Homes

Here are some of our  pre built homes that were built in conjunction with  Custom Touch Homes of Madison, SD.   These pre built homes are built in one piece and moved by a house mover.  This allows greater flexibility in plan design than modular builders but transportation to your site can be an issue.  These homes are built just like "stick built homes" but have the advantage of being built in a controlled environment.  They are not considered modular or manufactured homes.  The Liberty Series plans offer customers pre designed plans that are already priced and ready for production.  These plans offer the most sq ft for the dollar because Custom Touch already has built these plans and have stock materials that they purchase in quantity which saves the customer $$$.

The Custom Touch Visitors Center in Madison has a variety of homes that are already constructed and ready to move to your location.  These are priced at a reduced rate because they fit one of these homes into the building schedule when they have an unused building spot in the factory.  This allows them to keep up production and pass the savings on to you.  To tour this facility please email dave@midwesthomes.com and he can setup an appointment.
